Established in 2005 in London, Crickle Eco Property Services was created by Roger Williams whose aim is to provide outstanding and personal property services to clients looking for reliable property services tailored to their needs. Roger’s bespoke property services ethos was seen as a future trend in the early years, of putting the needs of the client first and is what continues to drive the company forward today.

With continued success over the years the business has grown to encompass other related property services, such as residential lettings, block management and ‘Open Plan’ living, plus the team has also grown over the years whilst retaining the personal touch synonymous with the Crickle Eco Property Services brand.

Furthermore, Crickle Eco Property Services are ARMA-Q accredited members of the Association of Residential Managing Agents and our Property Managers are required to be qualified through the Institute of Residential Property Managers (“IRPM”). We are RICS regulated and every client benefits from RICS ‘client money protection’ scheme, completely safeguarding any monies that we hold on your behalf.
